How often should I use this COSRX micellar water?

It can be used morning and evening, 7 days a week. In the morning to remove overnight sebum, and in the evening as the first step of double cleansing. Its gentle, low-pH formula does not pose a risk of irritation with daily use, even on reactive skin. For very dry skin, using it in the evening only is sufficient.

Is this micellar water compatible with retinol or exfoliating acids?

Yes, without restriction. As it is used in the first step of cleansing and is not an active treatment, it does not interact with the retinol, AHAs, or BHAs applied afterwards.
