How long will it take to receive a response?

Our team usually responds within 24 to 48 business hours .

During periods of high activity (promotions, holidays, launches), this timeframe may be slightly longer, but every message is taken into account.

Tip: Remember to check your spam folder . Our replies sometimes end up there, especially during initial contact.

I haven't received my order yet, is that normal?

In most cases, yes. Orders are prepared within 24 working hours , then handed over to the carrier.

Once dispatched, delivery takes on average 1 to 5 working days depending on the chosen method.

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Your shipping confirmation email
  • The tracking link received by email
  • The status of the package on the carrier's website

Where can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package in real time.

If you have created a Holy Skin account, tracking is also available directly from your customer area .

If the tracking does not change within 48 business hours, you can then contact us.

The tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received anything, what should I do?

This can happen when:

  • The package was given to a neighbor or caretaker.
  • It was dropped off at a nearby collection point.
  • The delivery driver deemed the address difficult to access.

Before writing to us, we advise you to:

  • Check around your home
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If the package remains untraceable, contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.

If your question concerns choosing a routine , we recommend that you first take our free skin diagnostic .

It allows you to get a personalized recommendation, based on your skin type and concerns.

This avoids common mistakes (bad texture, unsuitable active ingredient) and speeds up decision-making, without waiting for an email response.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Once the order is validated, it is quickly forwarded to the logistics preparation department.

Therefore, it is not always possible to modify or cancel it.

If your order has just been placed, contact us as soon as possible : we will do our best if it has not yet been shipped.
