Loyalty points have a lifespan of 12 months from the date they are obtained.
You can check your balance and expiry date at any time in your loyalty area.

Yes. If you return one or more products, the points earned on those items will be deducted from your loyalty account to reflect your actual total of validated purchases.

No. Holy Skin points are personal and non-transferable . They cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.
