Great Value and Quality but not for me; it irritates my skin

I do love the CosRX products I do have, this one just didn't work out for me and I gave it a good solid try both as a stand alone product (to be sure the irritation was from the product and not from combination) and part of the regular wash-tone-moisturize routine.The product is quite light/watery and somewhat refreshing, but I don't like it as much as the galactomyces toner or the snail mucin 95. I found it too watery for easy application, especially because it doesn't have a convenient pump like my other toner. I had even considered just pouring it into a hand-sized spray bottle to apply it that way. I really liked that it doesn't have a smell. I don't care for perfumed products.Unfortunately something in it irritates my face, particularly cheeks. They get itchy as if I were breaking out like my teenage years or bitten by a gang of mosquitos and then a couple of blemish flare ups cluster. The first time it happened I stopped use. Waited a week, then tried again. Same reaction. I then waited two weeks and then only washed my face and applied toner and nothing else. Same situation.This product brand is only one of a very that actually work on my skin without causing other problems. And I'd rather use soap and water! It's just this one that was a miss for me.Still, I encourage anyone to try it out for themselves if they are looking for a toner. The price reasonable.
