Love it. It removes my water-proof eyeliner very well. After washing, my face was smooth, and no dry feeling at all. Definitely will buy again!

Excellent first step to cleansing. I now do double cleansing daily and skin feels sooo clean especially in our humid weather. It's my ideal product moving forward. Ideal for sensitive skin.

Best cleansing balm so far. Works well, removes waterproof makeup very easily and clean my face very good, doesn't leave oily residue so no need for a double cleanse.

Excellent product & much cheaper than other brands

I have used this for the first time tonight after buying it this week. I heard the brand was good so I bought a couple of different items to try. This goes on smoothly and almost melts with the heat of your face and completely removed all of my makeup including my waterproof mascara. It has a neutral smell and my face felt nice after.Only improvement I would make would be to have a space to click in the spatula in the lid. After removing the plastic insert to gain access to the product from opening the lid, I dropped the plastic insert onto the floor so couldn't replace. This means the entire spatula lays directly on the product, if you're not careful you could put your fingers in the product whilst trying to pick up the spatula. This is a design feature that could be improved but does not effect the score I have given as the product itself worked wonderfully and I will definitely be buying more when I am closer to running out.

Good affordable cleansing balm. Effective in removing makeup and waterproof mascara. I would recommend double cleansing though as it can leave some residue on the eyes. Packaging is great and comes with a little spatula

Lovely cleansing balm. Very silky on the face. Cleans well. Not much needed to do the job. I love it!

I’m not a fan of double cleansing but it is the best solution I have found for actually removing sunscreen. I tried a couple of other cleansing balms but found that they left a ton of residue and I was having to scrub them off with my cleanser. Which of course defeats the purpose of using a balm. This does its job and then rinses right off. I will purchase again.

Removes makeup really well, doesn’t leave a greasy feel afterwards or during. I don’t need much of it either to help remove makeup. Will be getting it again!

I use this nightly as part of my double cleanse. It doesn’t have any sort of strong smell, and is safe for my sensitive skin. Takes my makeup off beautifully, including mascara, without being too greasy. Has a nice little plastic applicator inside. I generally use Clinique but this is every bit as good and more affordable.

I like it for double cleansing, i usually use it to remove my makeup or to remove my sunscreen. It really helps my skin.

Love this way more than micellar water. It's so luxurious to use. Feels so smooth and it feels like a little spa treatment when I wash my makeup off. It does cloud my eyes for a moment when I take off my mascara but so did any other makeup remover I've used. Doesn't sting or have a scent. Helps me clean out my sebaceous filaments.

Baume démaquillant très efficace, texture agréable mais je préfère la fluidité d'une huile. Très pratique à emporter en voyage cependant pour éviter la catastrophe d'un flacon qui s'ouvre !

This is an amazing cleansing balm, on the website it says not for removal of heavy make up but I beg to differ. I’m a heavy make up wearer and the tiniest amount goes a very long way. This rub lasts me around 2 months and I use it once a day. I melt away my make up, rinse a little with warm water then use a cloth to remove the excess and it leaves my skin feeling soooooo fresh. I’ve had no reaction to this and my skin can be sensitive, it’s light and despite being an oil cleanser it’s not greasy at all.

I have not tried anything from this brand that I didn't like and this was no exception. I love how this product takes my makeup off and leaves my skin glowing. I use it as the first part of my double cleansing routine.
