Your questions about the program
How do I earn points?
Create your account on holyskin.fr or in our Bordeaux store: you get 30 welcome points. Then every euro spent earns you 1 point, credited when your order ships. Your 2nd order placed within 45 days of your first earns you 60 extra points. Product reviews and social media earn you more.
How do I use my points?
Log in and choose your reward under “Redeem your points”. From 100 points: €5 off, free pick-up point delivery or a free Biodance mask. One reward per order, not combinable with another promo code.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier depends on what you spent over the last 12 months: Silver from €150, Gold from €400. If you don't order for 12 months, you move down one tier.
Do I get a birthday gift?
Yes: 10% off in Bronze, 15% in Silver and 20% in Gold, valid online or in store. Remember to add your date of birth in your loyalty area.
How does referral work?
Share your link from the Referral section. Your friend gets €5 off from €50 on her first order, and you earn 100 points once her order is confirmed. New customers only: self-referrals are detected and cancelled.
How long are my points valid?
They only expire after 12 months without activity (purchase or redemption). We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before.
Returns, transfers, a code that doesn't work: what happens?
Points earned on a returned item are deducted from your balance. Your points are personal: not transferable and not exchangeable for cash. If a code won't apply, check that you're logged in and that no other code is applied, then contact our customer service if the problem persists.
