Solid toner

This toner came recommended by several k beauty influences that i follow. It is definitely hydrating. It is a watery texture so it won't feel as nourishing as a milky toner, which works well for my oily leaning skin. It also is a gentle daily exfoliating step and my skin was never sensitized from it.
