Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream

The cream arrived on time and it is very good, not so thick as I imagined for the winter months but it is easy to spread and absorb. The application system is a bit weird but you get used to it, the cream comes out from a opening with the shape of a circle, not just one hole. You can see what I mean with the photo I uploaded.

I’ve been using this product for over a year now, and it’s easily my all-time favorite moisturizer. I have extremely sensitive skin and this doesn’t give me any redness or breakouts. It’s completely unscented, super lightweight, and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. I wear it under makeup and sunscreen often and don’t notice that it affects how my makeup looks at all.I included a picture just because I really like the tube, you pop open the cap and twist, and the product comes out in a ring. Doesn’t change how well the product works, I just thought it was fun.

Very moisturizing and as far as I can tell doesn't really have a scent to it.It does leave my skin feeling ever so slightly tacky, but it absorbs great and is surprisingly light.I actually like the lid a lot bc it would prevent any accidental spillage in bags.

I have very acne prone skin. I get lots of bumps underneath the skin and white heads. My skin's barrier was severely damaged. I was using the cerave moisturizing cream but it wasn't doing any repair. THIS PRODUCT SAVED ME. MY SKIN IS VERY SMOOTH NOW with just some dark marks left. I haven't had skin so smooth in literal YEARS. use it on wet skin for max benefits!!

Perfect for those with sensitive skin. Purchased for my sister who has eczema flare ups particularly on her face and this has reduced it so much! Love the texture and feel of it on skin.

So far I like it. It’s very moisturizing and silky. It takes a few seconds of rubbing it so it’s absorbed but after that it feels great on your skin. The packaging is so cute and I love how it comes out of the tube!EDIT: I returned it because I couldn’t stand the few seconds that it took to absorb. It did have a little bit of oily texture to it.

im a big fan of Korean skin care, not only does this have No scent its Veryyyyy moisturizing and not to bemtion affordable a little goes a long way with this. I have really dry skin and this does wonders. I put it on at night. For a day cream I think it’s a little to heavy. The only thing is the packaging my lid broke within the first use so I can’t close it all the way.

Holy smokes y’all. This moisturizer is the absolute best. My skin breaks out BAD if I am not properly moisturized and this helped my skin so much! There’s hardly a “scent”, in my opinion, which is very nice because I’m sensitive to fragrance. It is easy to pair with an oil as well which is super nice. I like the twist to open mechanism, it’s different but nice! Pretty thick but doesn’t leave my skin oily!

I have dry, acne prone, and super sensitive skin. This is holy grail status for me. Its very moisturizing and light, just make sure to press it into your skin to help it absorb. It has no scent as far as I can tell. It has definitely helped in the softness and texture of my skin and helped heal any irritation from exfolianting or reactions. It hasnt clogged any pores. I will continue to buy over and over :)

This barrier cream has brought my skin long-lasting relief this winter. I use it to protect my face and heal my hands. It has prevented the painful cracking that I typically experience in cold temperatures. It’s a wonderful medium consistency and absorbs fairly quickly, while staying slightly dewy. There’s really no scent, so it doesn’t irritate my eyes when I slather around the orbital bone. I hope this product is on the market for many years to come!

Literally the best moisturizer I have ever used. I have incredibly sensitive acne prone skin already and starting a prescription acne medication that intensified both. This is the only moisturizer I have found that has truly moisturized my skin without any burning during application. Would be the best moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin. You should buy! I have bought 3 tubes since November. Will repurchase many more times, nothing compares. Spent $950 on skin care this year and this is my favorite product!

I have very sensitive skin (prone to eczema and acne), which tends to be dry. This moisturizer is my favorite of all time! Once I used it, I was done trying anything else. Previously I tried Cerave PM lotion, Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream, Drunk Elephant Protini, and FAB Ultra Repair Cream. All of these were ok, but nothing gave me the wow that this one has. It's completely fragrance and scent free, and the weight of the lotion is perfect. Not too thick, not oily, and absorbs nicely.

It’s amazing if your looking for that glass skin this is a must but if you have dry skin this is also amazing for that

I got this after watching a skincare TikTok. At first I didn't think much of it. Now it's one of my favorite products. It's great for my sensitive skin. It moisturizes well and it really restored my skins barrier layer. I love it! This made me a huge believer in my skincare TikTok guy. After years of buying expensive skincare from Sephora I am a total convert to great quality yet affordable Korean Skincare Products. I have seen my skin change over the last few weeks. Etude House is amazing. Get it!

I really enjoy this product. Before, I was using CeraVe Daily Lotion and Hydrating Facial Cleanser and kept getting breakouts. I've now switched to La Roche Posay cleanser and this moisturizer, and it's exactly what my skin needed! I put the ingredients of different moisturizers into InciDecoder and this one came out on top, with good ingredients all around. I was wary about the tube size, but I've found I only need about half the amount I was used to using. The twist top isn't as annoying as I imagined, and it lasts a surprising amount of time due to the miniscule amount needed. Definitely worth a try!

I have eczema and this is the ONLY thing that can get me through the winter dryness. I have tried other lotions but they're too thin or too thick or stink like perfumes. This feels great on the skin and it works. No more flaky skin around my nose and mouth.

I think this is a really good moisturizer but to be honest, for the price and how much you actually receive, I don't think it's worth it. It is pretty overhyped but if you're looking to try something new I would give this one a try. I will say I may repurchase this if I'm traveling and I need a good travel-sized moisturizer that I know will not irritate my sensitive skin. Although a little goes a long way, for daily use, I probably will not repurchase just bc you get so little product.

Might be the best basic moisturizer I’ve ever used! I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with this, as it’s not as well-known as some of the moisturizers found in your local drugstore.The texture is light and whipped, not greasy at all. I’m shocked that some people say this is greasy. I like that it doesn’t have that heavy silicone feeling of other similar moisturizers. I like that it sinks in right away instead of giving my skin a white cast like La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 does.The downside: I wish the tube came in a bigger size, because I go through it quickly and it’s starting to get expensive to repurchase so often. I need to use a lot of this cream, since my skin is currently dehydrated and peeling like crazy from tretinoin. For now, I’m switching to a cheaper brand until my skin stops peeling from the tretinoin.

I have mixed feelings about this cream. It's a good value for the price, as I've been using this for over a month and I still have plenty left. There are no parabens, petrochemicals, or other harmful ingredients (at least that I'm aware of), and this doesn't affect my sensitive skin in any way.What I'm not so enthusiastic about is how it leaves my skin feeling. My skin feels sticky or tacky to the touch after application. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just the combination of other skincare ingredients that was causing the problem, so I also tried to apply this cream to my bare face. Same problem. For me it's not a deal breaker but I probably won't be reordering this when it runs out.One nice aspect of this product is the packaging. In order to dispense the cream, you turn the lid and then the cream comes out in a circle around the lid as opposed to one small dot. It's pretty cool.

I've been using this since March and just ran out of it (mind you, I don't moisturize every night like I ought to haha). I have eczema and wanted to try out this moisturizer. Here's the pros & cons:Pros:- Small- Cheap- Works great with sensitive skin! Never experienced anything negative with it.- Practically no smell whatsoever (there's the tiniest hint of a scent, but when you rub it in, it's gone)- Dries fairly quickly.Cons:- it's OK at moisturizing. As someone with eczema on my face, it didn't keep it as moisturized as other creams I've used.- I don't like the twist open/close design. Hard to really measure how much you're using, and there's usually excess after you twist it close that you need to swipe off so there's no build-up.

This is exactly what I was looking for!I live in a dry area and my regular moisturizer hasn't been enough to prevent dry skin when I wake up in the morning. I have very, very, sensitive skin and finding skincare products that are holy grail status is nearly impossible.I love that this formula doesn't break me out or sting my skin. It is a no frills kind of product, which is what my skin needs. I also still feel moisture on my skin in the morning and I haven't been dry when I use this at night.So far, my only complaints about this product are the weird twist top of the packaging and the fact that mineral sunscreens sit weird and kind of patchy on top of it, but I don't have this problem with my chemical sunscreen.Overall, this is a wonderful product. I will definitely repurchase this when I run out.

Honestly the most hydrating and moisturising cream for dry and sensitive skin. It was the only cream that I could use during a recent allergic reaction I had on my face (think chemical burn) and was still soothing and non-irritating. Highly recommend for sensitive skin especially as incredible gentle and non-reactive.

I've grown up with atopic dermatitis and eczema my whole life, I have fair skin and burn easily, and my face turns red at almost anything touching it. But NO MORE! I learned a long time ago the value of proper skin hydration and moisturizing. This cream is no frills, no fuss, no nasty chemicals or scents or dyes that nobody needs, just solid ingredients.I use this 2x a day AM and PM. I combined a small amount with a few drops of 100% Biossance Squalane Oil and the results have been fantastic! My skin has never looked more smooth, clear, and dewy. This literally transformed my skin overnight. Here's my exact routine for anyone interested:AM(1) Vanicream Gentle Cleanser; (2) Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner; (3) I'm From Rice Toner; (4) Soon Jung 2x Barrier Cream + Squalane oil drops; (5) Aveeno Positively Mineral SPF 40+.PM(2) Curel Oil Cleanser; (3) Vanicream Gentle Cleanser; (3) Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner; (4) I'm From Rice Toner; (4) ampoule of either Pyunkang Yul Moisture or Ample:n Ceramide Shot, depending on if my skin barrier is damaged; (5) Soon Jung 2x cream + squalane; (6) CeraVe Healing Ointment to seal it all in.Drink lots of water, rest well, and do 1 thing a day that makes you happy = glowing skin.
