Best moisturizing toner ever. I’m in my 50s and with I had known about this before. Times and moisturizes, I love using it under my moisturizer. It adds to the glow that I love on my skin. I’m hooked.

Great product, leaves my face glowy and hydrated! I have dry skin and it often feels rough however, when I use this toner it makes my face feel alive again and would highly recommend to those who have dehydrated skin.

I have really enjoyed this product over the last two weeks. The toner pairs really nicely with the other products in my skin flooding routine. It’s a large bottle for the 5.07 oz option and I think it will last me a while. I have normal sensitive skin and this has really helped me with additional hydration.

It's a great and very very very hydrating toner! The only thing I really don't like about it is that it kind of smells like acrylic paint? At first I thought it was fake, but then I saw that other people also notice this paint/gas smell to it.. Unless it does miracles to my skim, I probably wont rebuy it. The smell really disturbs me :(

Ive been using this since May 7. (Today May 19) It has calmed my skin down. I have dry/combination skin. I live in Fort Worth, Texas. This weather is a nightmare for me. Why I needed this ? I recently learned that you need water hydration and oil hydration. Water first Oil later to lock it so it doesn't evaporate. I was only using moisturizer without something that reached deeper. (I also struggle to drink water) YOUR SKIN IS AN ORGAN, your dehydration will show. TRUST ME. Humectants = Water-Attractors, Emollients = Skin-Softeners, Occlusives = Water-Sealers . This product is a Humectant and Emollient. You just need a good cream (occlusive) to lock it, when done with the rest of the products. This is my routine. Hope it helps. ///// DAY TIME: Cleanser, Toner (Tirtir), Centella Ampoule, Moisturizer, Sunscreen. ///// NIGHT TIME: Cleanser, Toner (Tirtir), AZELAIC ACID OR RETINOID *NEVER BOTH*, Eye cream, Moisturizer. If you are going to do your makeup: Cleanser, Toner (Tirtir), Sunscreen. THAT IS IT. Do not apply eye cream, the toner is enough, do not make my mistakes LOL. This product causes no irritation for me, leaves my skin soft and hydrated, I am loving it, I heard many good reviews about it online. Pleasant scent.UPDATE: 10/8/25 - This is my 2nd time and I will never stop.

Love TirTir and love this milk skin rice toner. This is one I repeat order. It's emollient, and gives my face a very nice glow.I pat this on after cleansing my skin - sometimes I'll cleanse, use an essence toner on a reusable cotton pad over my face just to be sure all my oil-based cleanser is removed, then put a very warm wet cloth over my face and breathe in the heat for a bit, and then pat and press this rice toner over my skin. I let all that just soak in and settle in my skin for at least 10-15 minutes before moving on to the rest of my skincare - LOVE how this first part of my routine feels! And my skin is GLOWING afterward. A healthy glow, not a greasy glow.I tried some other toners and came back to this one. I try to snag it on deals, as I did this time, but honestly, I'd pay full price for it if I had to.I thought the ingredients would irritate my rosacea prone skin but nope! My skin loves it.

This toner is incredible. I use this as prep for makeup, as well as a part of my skincare routine. I basically use it every day for any reason, lol. I have very sensitive skin, and this has never once made me break out or caused any sensitivities. It's very hydrating and plumps up the skin! I highly recommend this product.

If you have a dry skin, this is it! this toner keeps my skin moisturize it all day long, no need to apply any expensive wrinkle creme at all. i buy extra and keep them in my mini skincare cooler.Thank you for created this fantastic toner ever!.

This is the best toner I have EVER tried. I have combination skin and I’m getting up in age so my skin needs are changing. I used to use Thayers but they weren’t as moisturizing and ones available are heavily scented. The lemon one I loved was discontinued so I started searching for a replacement.I tried Tirtir silver cushion after watching a video on YouTube (MissDarcei) and loved it so I looked into their other products.LOVE! This toner has a very silky feel to it so you can pour it onto the palm of your hand and then rub onto your face. It calms my skin and reduces the size of my pores. It doesn’t have a strong scent. My only complaint is I have to be so careful with it because it’s in a glass bottle. I’m clumsy so it’s my only complaint.

It doesn't make a major difference, but it keeps your skin hydrated. It's the sort of thing you use day to day rather than as a once-a-week treatment. Would recommend for my fellow people with dry, flaky skin
