BHA 2% Gentle Exfoliating Toner

Great product. I've seen a difference in my face colouration (I have PIE) The day after using I definitely notice less red/pink spots. It's a light liquid not AS thin as water.

It works as well as any other toner I've used and I really like the pump.

I introduced this exfoliating toner to my routine and I’m so happy I did! It left my skin so much calmer. It also gave me a glow I was not expecting. I use after I shower twice or three times a week. Then proceed with the rest of my skin care routine. You just have to remember to use sunscreen, though. This product can cause sensitive to the sun. But I’m used to that since I have used retinol and bha before.

My skin can be sensitive at times but I've found no issues using this. I'm enjoying the scent too, and I find it works well for me. I like to use toners to do a quick cleanse on a clean face sometimes just to remove grime and cut down on oils and this does the trick. A bit of nice light moisturizer afterwards and I feel fresh and invigorated. I have found this tightens my skin and tones it nicely without over drying. I think it's a good value for the price as well. A little goes a long way and for me, I usually get months of use out of a bottle this size. Really nice stuff. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try it and will likely return for more once I've run out.

I ordered this product because I am familiar with the Anua brand, their heart leaf toner went viral this past year or so (though I never tried it). Anywho, this is a Korean beauty / Asian beauty product, which I typically find to be more gentle and this doesn’t disappoint! I am a daily retinol user, so I have to be careful when it comes to exfoliants. I have been using this daily alongside .05% retinol and have not had any issues!! As well, I live at extremely high altitude and tend to have extremely dry skin as a result of that + the tretinoin, but I am able to use this toner without drying out my skin further.I am a fan of this toner, the price is what I would expect to say. I have only been using it for about a week, so it’s tough to say until I finish the bottle, but at present I think I will be repurchasing. I have used the Paula’s choice BHA toner in the past, and I do prefer the anua. Both toners primary active is salicylic acid.

I have dry and sensitive skin, so I was hoping the Anua 2% BHA Gentle Exfoliating Toner would soothe and exfoliate without causing irritation. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me—it stung my face and caused some irritation, so I had to stop using it. However, the interesting thing is that it worked perfectly for my husband’s skin. He didn’t experience any stinging or irritation, and it seemed to work well for his skin type.I would recommend doing a patch test before using this toner, especially if you have sensitive skin, as it may not be suitable for everyone. For those with skin that can tolerate it, it seems to be an effective exfoliant, but definitely proceed with caution if you’re prone to irritation.

This WORKS. My skin was on fire the next two days afterwards, but my texture is now soft and smooth. Definitely follow the instructions and only use this once a week at first.

I have extremely sensitive, dry, acne prone skin and I have been loving this lately. My God to BHA toner was Naturium for a few years but I found that it can irritate my skin sometimes. Gave this a try and I really like it. There is still a slight tingle but it's so subtle I barely notice it. Would repurchase for sure.

Ok so I bought this toner for the first time August 17, 2024 because I needed a BHA toner and I had a great experience with Anua's niancinamide serum so I figured why not. Long story short, It works. Here's how:1. Exfoliating - I have textured, acne prone skin but now its just mildly acne prone. My face has been the smoothest its ever been. The size of my pores have decreased tremendously and it probably would've been much smaller if I were more strict with my application of this toner.2. Non- astringent: This doesn't burn at all for me. Of course, when i get breakouts my skin gets more sensitive but even then if it gets into an inflamed pore, its like a 1 second tingle and thats it. I've tried other BHAs and they'd burn so bad for minutes on end but this one is the most gentle BHA I've had the pleasure of using. All the effectiveness of a BHA with none of the burn.3. Value for money: For a 150ml/5 fl.oz bottle, THIS THING LASTS. Like I said I bought it mid August 2024 and I'm at the end of that same bottle in late March 2025. Its been borderline 7 months. PLUS I'm heavy-handed in my application, so its running down my arms with the amount I use AND STILL i lasted 7 months. I've bought toners for more money with less mls and run out within 2-3 months.4. Consistency: This toner has more of a watery consistency which isn't a bad thing but its something I love about it. It's lightweight and absorbs well into my skin rather than sitting on top and taking forever to dry down like those from other brands. I do use my hands to apply this toner for that same reason, because using a cotton round/pad would soak up most of the product. I wanted to use this for a good amount of time and it worked.5. Other uses on the body: I work in medicine so I wash my hands often and come into contact with other solvents and solutions on my hands on a daily basis. One winter day my knuckles started to get rough and thick. I couldn't get it to scrub off in the shower so I grabbed good old Anua BHA 2% and put some in a glove and placed my hand in it to let it soak for a few minutes hoping the wonders it worked on my face would replicate on my hand. It did. It started to peel by the next morning and the rest I got off in the shower. All I needed was something to break through that rough patch and Anua did not disappoint me.To conclude, it worked for me but everyone's skin is different so take into consideration you and your skin. But me and my temperamental dark skin LOVE this and will be purchasing again and again!Num 23:19

Nice toner. Clean feel with no stinging. Nice pump feature so you don't have to pour it out.

I use this after washing my face and before my serum and moisturizer. I can tell a difference when I use this and when I don't. My skin looks clearer, brighter and smoother when I use this product and the feel is also smoother. This product doesn't cause any redness or irritation for my dry skin.

I used this toner after washing my face and it still picked up makeup/dirt. It helped dry up a few spots I had but didn’t dry my face out. I’m in my early 30’s and blessed with breakouts and fine lines, so a product like this is perfect to help counter both of those things.
