Return policy

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer, a non-professional natural person, has a period of fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller.

No justification is required, and no penalty is applied, with the exception of return costs, for an exchange or refund, in accordance with articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

However, the return of the Products must comply with the following conditions:

  • The Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within fourteen (14) days following notification of the Customer's decision to withdraw to the Seller.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.

If more than 14 days have passed since purchase, no refund or exchange can be made.

Certain types of goods are not permitted for return, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases, and certain health and personal care products.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by email to the address contact@holyskin.fr , clearly notifying the Seller of the Customer's wish to withdraw, while indicating the order number of the contract concerned.

To facilitate return processing, a receipt or proof of purchase is required, and the product should not be returned to the manufacturer.

No refund will be issued if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to the Seller, or if it is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Customer by the Seller, specifying the steps to follow for the return. The Customer then has fourteen (14) days from the communication of his decision to withdraw to return the goods in perfect condition.

In the event of withdrawal within the stipulated period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded. In the event of a partial return, only the returned product will be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to the customer to inform them of the receipt of the returned item. The refund will be automatically processed to the credit card or original payment method within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If no refund has been received, the Customer is invited to check their bank account, contact the credit card company, and then their bank. If the problem persists, contact us at contact@holyskin.fr .

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available for items that are initially defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@holyskin.fr and provide a photo of the product. Exchange approval or rejection will be notified by email.

SHIPPING

To return a product, please contact us by email: contact@holyskin.fr. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on the location.

Since the Products may be returned by post, the Customer is invited to contact the postal services to find out the amount of the return costs. The use of a tracking number is recommended to confirm the correct receipt of the return, and the Customer is encouraged to include their order number and first/last name in the return package for precise identification.
